We operate a 48-hour cancellation/amendment policy for bookings. All payments are strictly non-refundable.
All Spa days are subject to availability at the time of booking. A refundable deposit required for spa bags, returnable upon return of robe and towel. Over 18's only. Please drink responsibly.
If any guest has a medical condition, allergies or has had any medical treatments (including surgery) within the last six months please refer to the Medical Contraindications section of our Spa FAQ'S & Help page or discuss in booking communications.
Glass, including mobile phones, is prohibited on poolside. If users are found to be in breach of this rule they will be asked to leave the club without a refund. If you are found to have taken glass on poolside and it has resulted in a pool closure this will result in a £1000 fine being imposed.
Our massage beds are able to accommodate a maximum weight of 146kg/23stone - for the safety of our clients and staff we cannot provide treatments on the beds if this is exceeded.
