Groupon Troubleshooting
We appreciate your recent purchase of a Groupon voucher for use at one of our Bannatyne Spa locations. To facilitate a seamless booking process, we have compiled essential information for your reference.

If you are unsure of which of our spas your voucher is valid for, please check the redemption page here. Once you have inputted the Groupon Security code and all other required details, you will be taken to a page which will confirm what your package entitles you to and the Bannatyne Spa locations that your package is valid at.
Groupon Spa Days available at Bannatyne Health Clubs & Spas are categorised into Standard locations and Standard Plus locations, this means you will need to ensure you are purchasing the correct voucher type for the location you wish to attend.
All spa day packages valid at the below locations will require a Standard Plus voucher:
- Bristol
- Bury St Edmunds
- Fairfield
- Hastings
- Kingsford Park
- Orpington
- Wildmoor
- Weybridge
To avoid any incorrect vouchers being purchased, please always read the small print of the package you are looking to purchase. If the spa you wish to attend is not listed in the ‘Available Locations’ when you come to redeem your voucher, it may be that the wrong voucher has been purchased and you will need to revert back to Groupon to discuss your options.
Now that you are ready to go ahead and book your Spa Day with us, please have your Security Code to hand. (This will be found on correspondence from Groupon). Once you have your voucher details to hand, you can go ahead and book your spa day with us here!
