Japanese Head Spa Ritual
Begin with a calming neck, shoulder and décolleté massage to help ease tension and promote relaxation. Your scalp is then deeply cleansed and gently exfoliated before warm steam therapy helps open the pores and replenish moisture. The experience finishes with a soothing scalp and head massage, using a nourishing scalp mask to leave your hair feeling soft, glossy and revitalised.
Spa Bag for Each Guest
Each guest will receive a complimentary spa bag containing a robe, towel and footwear to use throughout the day. Deposit required.
Full Health Club & Spa Access
Enjoy full access to our Health Club & Spa facilities, giving you plenty of time to relax, unwind and make the most of your spa day.
Heated Eye Mask
Complete your relaxation with a complimentary heated eye mask, provided on the day.

Important Information
Before Your Visit
Spa Bag Hire: Spa bag hire charges vary by location, starting from £10 per person. (The hire charge includes a robe, towel, flip-flops, and bag.) Both the flip-flops and bag are yours to keep at the end of your day. This fee is non-refundable.
Additionally, a temporary £10 per person hold will be placed on your payment card for any spa bag provided. This will be released once the robe and towel are returned at the end of your spa day.
Treatment Time:
Please note, appointment length specified includes collection from and to the waiting area, a consultation, undress/redress (where applicable) and 'hands-on' treatment time, e.g.:
30-minute slot = 20 minutes of hands-on treatment time
45-minute slot = 35 minutes of hands-on treatment time
60-minute slot = 50 minutes of hands-on treatment time
