Work out in our extensive gym floor, or participate in a fitness class (subject to availability on the day). For pure relaxation, unwind in The Sanctuary with saunas, steam rooms, foot spas and heated loungers, or cool off in the ice-cold igloo chamber. Take a refreshing swim in our pool with Thalassotherapy jets, then relax in the jacuzzi or head down to the retreat room with massage chairs and loungers.

Spa bag hire (robe & towel). A refundable deposit is required for any spa bag provided, from £10 per person, which will be refunded when you return the robe and towel at the end of your spa day. Alternatively, you may bring your own robe, towel and footwear.

Spa bag hire charges vary by location, starting from £10 per person. (The hire charge includes a robe, towel, flip-flops, and bag.) Both the flip-flops and bag are yours to keep at the end of your day. This fee is non-refundable.
