• Waxing & Tinting Clients: If you use Retinol, Glycolic, Salicylic Acid, AHAs or topical acne medication, please pause use at least 7 days before your appointment. Patch test required for tinting services at-least 48 hours before your appointment, please ensure to contact your desired spa to arrange a patch test.
• Nail Clients: If you already have gel polish on, be sure to book a soak-off. We can only remove gel polish previously applied by Bannatyne Spa (OPI & The Gel Bottle). We cannot remove hard gels or acrylics.
