Set in the serene woodlands, you will enjoy a peaceful day of relaxation at our historic Spa in Bury St Edmunds. 

Your day will see you experience the delights of our various relaxation rooms whilst swimming at your leisure in our luxury pool. 

You will dine in our highly reviewed Woodlands Restaurant where you will enjoy a Afternoon Tea that includes an array of homemade patisseries, scones and sandwiches, accompanied by a tea of your choosing.

Use of our spa and gym facilities between 1pm and 7pm, Monday-Friday.

*Spa day bags including robe, towel, flip-flops and wristband for locker access are available at our location. A £15 deposit will be required upon receiving the Spa Bag and refunded upon return of the robe and towel.

**Afternoon tea is served between 3pm-6pm. Afternoon tea is served from our menu, available here. (Vegan options are available)

Please note, the time booked online is just to confirm your attendance on the day, this is not an arrival time. You are still able to use the facilities for the duration available.

Where confirmations may show ‘For 1 person’ please be assured this is one booking for two people.

Important information

• Spa bag hire includes a robe, towel, flip-flops, and bag. Both the flip-flops and bag are yours to keep at the end of your day.
  Additionally, a refundable deposit is also required for any spa bag provided, from £10 per person, which will be refunded when you return the robe and towel at the end of your spa day.
  Alternatively, you may bring your own robe, towel and footwear.
