• Please note, appointment length specified includes collection from and to the waiting area, a consultation, undress/redress (where applicable) and 'hands-on' treatment time.
  
• Spa bag hire charges vary by location, starting from £10 per person. (The hire charge includes a robe, towel, flip-flops, and bag.) Both the flip-flops and bag are yours to keep at the end of your day. This fee is non-refundable.
  Additionally, a refundable deposit is also required for any spa bag provided, from £10 per person, which will be refunded when you return the robe and towel at the end of your spa day.
  Alternatively, you may bring your own robe, towel and footwear.
