Spa Break Terms & Conditions

• No further discount applies.
• All Spa Break bookings are strictly aged 18 and over.
• Our Darlington Health Club and Spa is situated just under a mile from the hotel, parking is available at both locations.
• Spa bag hire is included at the Health Club and includes a robe, towel, flip-flops, and bag. Both the flip-flops and bag are yours to keep at the end of your day. A refundable deposit is required for any spa bag provided, from £10 per person, which will be refunded when you return the robe and towel at the end of your spa day. Alternatively, you may bring your own robe, towel and footwear.
• Classes are subject to availability on the day - please enquire at the health club reception.
• £10 spa retail voucher requires £40 minimum spend, available in the spa towards spa retail products only.
• Bannatyne Spa operates a 7-day amendment policy to any Spa Break booking. Within 7 days, you cannot amend your booking. This means that up to 7 days before the commencement of your experience, you can amend a booking for a fee of £25.00. All Spa Breaks and constituent parts are strictly non-refundable.
  Bookings may not be amended past the deal end date, at which point you may utilise the value paid towards a valid booking.
