Bannatyne Spa operates a 7 day cancellation/amendment policy to any Spa Break booking. Within 7 days, you cannot amend/cancel your booking.
This means that up to 7 days prior to the commencement of your experience, you can cancel or amend a booking for a fee of £25.00.
All Spa Breaks and constituent parts are strictly non refundable.
All Spa Break bookings are strictly aged 18 and over.
Also available as a Saturday night, all Bannatyne vouchers can be used as a monetary amount towards any Bannatyne Spa package up to the date of expiry.
