- If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or have had surgery or medical treatments in the past six months, please review the Medical Contraindications section on our Spa FAQ & Help page.
- Waxing & Tinting Clients: If you use Retinol, Glycolic, Salicylic Acid, AHAs or topical acne medication, please pause use at least 7 days before your appointment.
- Nail Clients: If you already have gel polish on, be sure to book a soak-off. We can only remove gel polish previously applied by Bannatyne Spa (OPI & The Gel Bottle). We cannot remove hard gels or acrylics.
