Wake up and escape at the spa.
Choose two treatments, starting with a full body seasonal scrub, followed by a relaxing back massage or a pro-glow renewal facial for that morning pick me up.
A delicious brunch will be provided to you in our restaurant.
Choose from an array of smashed avocado with eggs on toast to a full English or maybe a continental selection of croissants, Danish pastries with a selection of cheeses or ham. Tea and coffee are served with all brunch menus.*
Brunch bookings are available from 10.30am-12.30pm at Charlton House and 9am-11am at Bury St Edmunds and Kingsford Park.
*Food choices vary by location. At Charlton House - Select from our Specialist Brunch Menu, or upgrade to our Lounge Menu.
Access to Spa & Gym facilities including daily program of fitness and relaxation classes during the Spa day.*
