Spa Break Terms & Conditions

• All guests attending must be aged 18+.
• Approximate hands-on treatment time 20 minutes.
• Our Hastings Health Club and Spa is situated on the same site adjacent to the hotel.
• The Spa Break in a Box package is valid to attend dates up to 30th April 2026. After which, vouchers can be used as a monetary value towards a valid spa package up to voucher expiry.
• Excludes seasonal dates: 24th-26th December 2025, 31st December 2025, 1st January 2026, 14th February 2026, 3rd-6th April 2026. 
• Subject to availability upon booking.
• Bannatyne Spa operates a 7-day amendment policy to any Spa Break booking. Within 7 days, you cannot amend your booking. This means that up to 7 days before the commencement of your experience, you can amend a booking for a fee of £25.00. All Spa Breaks and constituent parts are strictly non-refundable. Bookings may not be amended past the deal end date, at which point you may utilise the value paid towards a valid booking.
• Spa bag hire is included and includes a robe, towel, flip-flops, and bag. Both the flip-flops and bag are yours to keep at the end of your day. A refundable deposit may be required for any spa bag provided, from £10 per person, which will be refunded when you return the robe and towel at the end of your spa day. Alternatively, you may bring your own robe, towel and footwear.
