Enjoy a morning of relaxation at either Bury St Edmunds or Kingsford Park Spas, these are two of our premium locations.
Included in our Spring into Spa morning is a 25 min Swedish Back Massage, this treatment will ease tension and leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to face the rest of your week!
You will also enjoy one choice from our delicious breakfast menu, whether you fancy a lighter bite such as Yoghurt, blueberries & chopped dates or a tasty treat of Eggs Benedict, Florentine or Royale or even a yummy pancake stack the choice is yours!

As part of your Spa Morning, you can also enjoy full use of the available Spa & Health Club Facilities*
You are free to use the Health Club between 9am-1pm on the day of your appointment.
You are also able to participate in any group classes that are available on the day - please enquire at reception upon your arrival for availability.
