Spa Break Terms & Conditions

• No further discount applies.
• Our Hastings Health Club and Spa is situated on the same site adjacent to the hotel.
• Evening meal allowance excludes drinks.
• Prosecco and strawberries available from the hotel bar and gardens.
  
• £10 spa retail voucher included per person, a £40 minimum spend applies.
  
• Bannatyne Spa operates a 7-day cancellation/amendment policy to any Spa Break booking. Within 7 days, you cannot amend/cancel your booking. This means that up to 7 days before the commencement of your experience, you can cancel or amend a booking for a fee of £25.00.
• Spa bag hire is included and includes a robe, towel, flip-flops, and bag. Both the flip-flops and bag are yours to keep at the end of your day. A refundable deposit is required for any spa bag provided, from £10 per person, which will be refunded when you return the robe and towel at the end of your spa day. Alternatively, you may bring your own robe, towel and footwear.
• Bookings may not be amended past the deal end date, at which point you may utilise the value paid towards a valid booking.
• All Spa Breaks and constituent parts are strictly non-refundable.
• All Spa Break bookings are strictly aged 18 and over.
