Swedish Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage (BNS)

Full Body Seasonal Scrub
THEN choice of:
Scalp Massage, Leg Massage, Foot Massage, Hand & Arm Massage, (Mini Back if Facial chosen)
As part of your Spa Day, you can enjoy full use of the available Spa & Health Club Facilities between 12pm & 4pm, this is inclusive of your appointment times.
You then get to pick from four fabulous smoothies prepared for you on the day:
Strawberry Split, Broccoli & the Beast, Blueberry Thrill, Pash'n'Shoot**
You are also able to participate in any group classes that are available on the day - please enquire at reception upon your arrival for availability as these cannot be pre-booked.
