Bannatyne Spa operates a 7-day cancellation/amendment policy to any Spa Break booking. Within 7 days, you cannot amend/cancel your booking.
This means that up to 7 days before the commencement of your experience, you can cancel or amend a booking for a fee of £25.00.
Spa bag hire is included and includes a robe, towel, flip-flops, and bag. Both the flip-flops and bag are yours to keep at the end of your day. A refundable deposit is required for any spa bag provided, from £10 per person, which will be refunded when you return the robe and towel at the end of your spa day. Alternatively, you may bring your own robe, towel and footwear.
