Halotherapy, or salt therapy, is thought to have significant benefits, including for respiratory conditions, skin ailments, anxiety and depression and has calming and detoxifying properties.
Our newly refurbished poolside and outdoor sauna are now open! Accompanied by our extended outside decking area which includes an outdoor sauna overlooking our grounds. Additionally on the 9th August we will be adding a chill bath to accompany the outdoor sauna.
